The following section outlines the corporate history of Nakagawa Chemical Equipment (NCE), a wastewater and industrial waste treatment equipment manufacturer. Since our founding, we have maintained a steady focus on the provision of facilities and equipment centered on the environment.

| 1984 | NCE introduces CAD systems. |
| 1986 | Sales begun of wastewater treatment equipment for plate-making, coating and PCB manufacturing operations. |
| 1987 | Sales begun of wastewater treatment equipment for semiconductor and liquid crystal product manufacturing. Sales begun of wastewater treatment equipment for universities and research facilities. |
| 1990 | New company building completed. Sales begun of wash water recycling equipment utilizing a patented HCFC cleaning agent. Joint corporation Taiwan Nakagawa Environmental Corporation established. |
| 1992 | Director Takeshi Nakagawa becomes President of NCE. |
| 1996 | Nakagawa Chemical Equipment Philippines Corporation established. |
| 1997 | Jakarta Representative Office established. Nagoya Branch Office established. |
| 2003 | Joint corporation established in China. |
| 2008 | Nakagawa Chemical Equipment Vietnam Co., Ltd. established. |
| 2012 | NAKAGAWA CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT THAILAND CO.,LTD. established. |
| 2014 | The Jakarta Representative Office incorporates as local subsidiary PT.NCE INDONESIA. |
| 2015 | Subsidiary NAKAGAWA CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT VIETNAM CO., LTD. forms NAKAGAWA EQUIPMENT MYANMAR CO., LTD. NAKAGAWA CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT MEXICO S.A. de C.V. established. |
| 2017 | NCE celebrates 50 years of incorporation. |
| 2020 | We transferred our interests in the Chinese joint venture to our joint venture partner. |
| 2022 | NAKAGAWA CHEMICAL EQUIPMENT THAILAND CO.,LTD. closed its business. |
